What types of properties do you photograph?: Pristine Pictures works with residential listings, luxury homes, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and commercial properties including offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and mixed-use buildings.
Do you offer both photography and video?: Yes. Clients can choose photography, videography, aerial drone media, or combine services for a complete property media package.
Can you photograph Airbnbs?: Yes. We create professional photography and video for Airbnb and vacation rental properties.
How much does a shoot cost?: Residential and commercial interiors are $100 per 1,000 sq ft with photos, video, and drone included. Residential exteriors are $150 and commercial exteriors are $200, each including photos and video.
Do you provide drone photography?: Yes. Aerial photography and videography are available where flight conditions and regulations permit.
How do I schedule a shoot?: Submit the booking form with your property information and requested services, and Pristine Pictures can follow up to coordinate the shoot.
